Dr. Constant Kouassi has an academic background in Ethics and Law, having graduated from prestigious institutions such as Laval University and Sherbrooke University in Canada.
He brings knowledge and expertise to his roles as a University Lecturer and a dedicated public servant within various federal department compliance sections.
Dr. Kouassi completed his NCA accreditation at the University of British Columbia (UBC) and successfully underwent the CPLED (Canadian Professional Legal Education) process, demonstrating his dedication to continuous professional growth.
Dr Kouassi completed his articling term with Lara Law where he contributed significantly to research and legal review. Dr Kouassi now runs his own practice and occasionally collaborates on some projects with Lara Law.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Dr. Kouassi is passionate about Soccer and Basketball.

With a Master’s in International Business & Commercial Law from the University of Manchester, I bring a creative and practical approach to solving complex legal challenges. My work is driven by a passion for helping individuals and businesses navigate estate planning, trust setup, and the administration of estates with ease.
In Nigeria, I worked as a Partner and Senior Associate in law firms where I focused on delivering efficient solutions for clients, including beneficiaries of deceased estates, and those seeking advice on estate planning and real estate transactions. In Canada, I have worked as a Document Processing Typist and Court Clerk at the Winnipeg Court Office, Manitoba, enhancing my expertise in case management, processing and legal documentation.
